At a minimum, InsCipher will notify via email and notification center if the following cases occur:

These are generally prompts to encourage a user to take an action on something that may lead to an averse outcome if not taken in a timely manner.

Integration Connection is Lost

Occurs whenever the integration tool cannot make connection with AMS360

1.Reinitiate AMS360 integration connection:
On the Vertafore API Developer Portal, Navigate to:
My Applications -> (click on your Live OData app) -> OAuth Credentials -> Manage OAuth Credentials -> Edit -> OAuth Credential Details dialog -> (do not make any changes, but click Save - this will re-initiate the connection).

  1. Manually trigger import of data not pulled in during lost connection:
    On Step 4 or Summary Page of Integration Tool, click Trigger a Manual Import button. You should select the import date of the day your integration connection was lost and your agency stopped receiving data. This will pull in information that failed to import to InsCipher during the lost connection period.
