Tax Calculator API: Enhancements to County Fee information for admitted requests

In the next few days, we'll be releasing an enhancement to the response payload for admitted requests.
When a county fee is applicable to be charged, we will return the county_tax_settings object which contains the following fields:

| county_name | Name of the county for which the applicable charge is being returned. |
| line_category | The line of business category specific to the county for which the applicable charge is being returned. |
